By booking a holiday home with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these terms.

Booking and Reservation:
1.1 Eligibility: To make a reservation, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.
1.2 Reservation Confirmation: A reservation is confirmed only after we receive the required payment and send you a booking confirmation via email.
1.3 Guest Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete guest information during the booking process.

Payment and Fees:
2.1 Rental Rates: The rental rates for each holiday home are displayed on our website and may vary based on the property, seasonal demand, and length of stay.
2.2 Payment Schedule: To secure a reservation, a deposit or full payment is required, as specified during the booking process. The remaining balance is due in 2 days days before your scheduled check-in date.
2.3 Additional Fees: You may be subject to additional fees, including but not limited to cleaning fees, pet fees (if applicable), and taxes as required by local regulations. Such fees will be clearly communicated during the booking process.

Check-In and Check-Out:
3.1 Check-In: Standard check-in time is 3:00 pm on your scheduled arrival date. Early check-in may be possible, subject to availability and an additional fee.
3.2 Check-Out: Standard check-out time is 12:00 noon on your scheduled departure date. Late check-out may be available, subject to availability and an additional fee.

Guest Responsibilities:
4.1 Occupancy: The maximum occupancy for each holiday home is specified on our website and must not be exceeded.
4.2 House Rules: Guests must adhere to the property’s house rules and guidelines provided in the welcome package. Failure to comply may result in additional charges or termination of the rental agreement.
4.3 Care of Property: Guests are expected to treat the holiday home and its amenities with care and respect. Any damages caused by negligence or improper use will be the guest’s responsibility. 4.4 Noise and Disturbance: Please be considerate of the neighbors and refrain from excessive noise or disruptive behavior, especially during quiet hours.
4.5 Cleanliness: The holiday home will be clean upon arrival, and guests are expected to maintain its cleanliness during their stay. An additional cleaning fee may apply if the property requires excessive cleaning upon checkout.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
5.1 Cancellation by the Guest: Our cancellation policy is outlined in the separate “Refund and Cancellation Policy” page on our website.
5.2 Cancellation by THE LUXURY BRICKS: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer an alternative property of similar value.

6.1 THE LUXURY BRICKS shall not be liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur during your stay. Guests are encouraged to obtain travel insurance to cover unforeseen events.
6.2 Personal Belongings: Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. THE LUXURY BRICKS is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Disputes and Governing Law:
7.1 Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions or the holiday rental shall be governed by the laws of the UAE.
7.2 Any legal actions related to the holiday rental shall be initiated and conducted in the courts of UAE.
