Cancellation Policy:
In the event of cancellation , early departure or shortening of stay, full charges will apply and No Refund will be issued.
1.2 Cancellation by THE LUXURY BRICKS: – In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide you with alternate property, or you may choose to reschedule your stay, additional cost may apply depending on the selected dates.

No-Show Policy:
2.1 If you fail to check in on your scheduled arrival date and do not inform us in advance, your reservation will be considered a “no-show,” and no refund will be provided.

Early Check-Out:
3.1 If you decide to check out earlier than your scheduled departure date, we are unable to offer any refunds for the unused nights.
Booking Modifications:
3.2 Changes to the reservation dates or property are subject to availability and may incur modification fees. Any increase or decrease in rental rates will apply accordingly.
