Full amount is required for yearly stays. Since this is a contracted booking in nature, early termination is non-refundable and there is a penalty of paying the entire remaining amount.

All our apartments are fully-furnished and ready to move in with no hassle. In the event you wish to bring any furniture, kindly reconfirm with our Area Experts as this option may vary property to property.
